Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original method of payment.
Emergency Cancellations: I understand that emergencies happen. In such cases, please contact me as soon as possible and I will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis.
No-Show Policy: If you do not attend any sessions and have not provided a timely cancellation notice, the course fee will not be refunded.

Full Refund: Cancellations made within 2 weeks from the date of the first session of the course are eligible for a full refund. To receive a full refund, you must contact us within this 2-week period.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made after the initial 2-week period but before the course is halfway completed may be eligible for a partial refund. The exact amount will be determined based on the proportion of the course completed. No refunds will be issued once the course is more than halfway completed.
